Booking Deposit
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per property is required to secure booking. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.

Electricity
The charge for electricity is metered and payable onsite upon departure.

Towels
Towels are available by request at €3 per set.

Pets
There is an additional charge of €20 per dog.

Cots & Highchairs
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered. Bedding and bed linen for cots must be brought by guests.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply. All bedding and bed linen is supplied with the exception of cot linen which must be brought with you.
